We are in partnership with the Business School Netherlands International (BSNI). In the pursuit of our quest to provide excellence in our educational offerings, we are proud to present the opportunity to acquire a much sought after qualification, the MBA, through the innovative Action Learning Programme.
As a very busy individual, finding the exclusive time to devote 24 months to an MBA programme might prove to be an impossible challenge. This, against the background that constant skills and knowledge improvements are a must in today’s corporate world, creates a dilemma for most executives. We, at E-Tech, have found the solution. The BSNI offers the international action learning MBA programme. Action Learning is both a process and a powerful programme that involves a small group of people solving problems while at the same time focusing on what they are learning and how their learning can benefit each group member and their organisation as a whole. Shared learning throughout various levels of the organisation
Greater self-awareness and self-confidence due to new insights and feedback.

Improved communications and teamwork.
Programme - The International Action Learning MBA - BSN now offers a new excitingly different International Action Learning MBA Programme. You as a Student can decide on how to construct your programme in context of personal
needs, level of support and preference. The programme embraces the philosophy of Action Learning, a method appreciated by busy managers and praised for its practical, results-orientated approach. The success of Action Learning has been overwhelming. Over the years more than 30,000 managers have joined Action Learning programmes in 30 countries around the world. In the Netherlands, BSNI is the largest business school and ranked as one of the top schools.
The Action Learning Executive MBA® consists of three phases:
Phase 1 will provide you with the basic theoretical knowledge regarding Phase 2. This creates a common conceptual framework and you will get a better understanding of the relevant leadership skills and competences. Phase 1 results in you completing the all-important Organisational Analysis (OA) and gaining a new insight into how, and how well the different business disciplines interface with your particular business.
Phase 2 consists of six core courses which involve Action Learning Projects (ALP) taken in modular phases covering Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Financial, Information and Strategic Management.
Phase 3 of the programme is finalised upon successful completion of your Masters Project. Whereas an Action Learning project addresses a relevant problem or challenge in your own organisation, the Masters Project has to address a topic of strategic value to the organisation. Support is given by the internal examiner during this final phase.Courses:
