Dr. Ayotunde Adebayo, is the Managing Partner with over 28 years experience in manpower development. He is versed in using and optimizing computing tools in training sessions. He has trained extensively on IT, biometrics, due diligence, HR Best practices, performance management, governance, marketing, leadership, sales, strategy, business management & attended workshops in several countries in Europe & Africa/Middle East. He has led, developed and delivered several training courses covering CIT, leadership, marketing, sales, customer care, branding, teamwork and organizational efficiency. He has published several articles in business and academic journals. Ayotunde has a PhD and also lectures at the University of Lagos.
Dr. Yahaya Abdulhamid, with over twenty years of successful and extensive experience has made several academic presentations in several places across the world among which are Developing Leadership Skills, Academy of International Business, World Business Congress and Global Business and Technology and has held conferences in the International Academy for African Business and Development in home and abroad which includs: New York and Nigerias. To his credit he has nearly 60 academic publications to my credit, including articles in scholarly journals like 'Management Decision'; 'Journal of Management Development' & 'Journal of African Business'; a number of international conferences presentations in over 20 countries. His publications also include chapters in books and four co-authored books in print. He has a number of completed papers currently undergoing review, substantial ongoing research work with a continuing desire and effort in academic research and management consultancy.
He has enormous experience in providing consultancy services for varied clients, organising management development and training workshops, human resource development programmes, serving as facilitator/guest lecturer/lead discussant for industrial unions, training institutes, banks, government ministries and parastatals and several other private sector companies. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Student Member, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Member, Institute of Leadership Learning in Nigeria (MILN).
Ayokunle Giwa, Seasoned IT professional with comprehensive technical skillset and expertise in database systems, general IT infrastructure design / implementation and web application design, process automation, enterprise application integration (EAI), process improvement, systems integration, managing IT processes and staff, requirements analysis, workflow design, project management, leadership, process modeling, testing/quality assurance, software development, healthcare industry and vendor relationship management.
Ayokunle in his position as technical director for E-Tech has led several major IT projects for various clients. He is responsible for the overall technology direction of the company and heads research and development efforts for new products and services. In addition to his management duties, he has been directly involved in the design, development and implementation of some of the company's products such as the NFL's LMS product.
Mary-Helen Nnadi, is a certified Trainer who is results-driven and self-motivated. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management, of ESUT Business School, Enugu and a Bachelor of Arts BA (Hons), French of the University of Calabar. Ms.Nnadi has had a very rich career in banking, in the area of Human Resources, where she gained enormous experiences over the years. She was Head, Diamond Bank Training School in an acting capacity in year 2005. During her tenure, she was opportune to work with people of diverse backgrounds and ethnicity. Having successfully run the Diamond Bank Training School in Lagos, she was re-assigned to Abuja to go and set up a new Regional Training School. She designed and facilitated various modules of training programmes in Abuja. She also had the oversight function of the daily management of the Regional Training School. Her appointment in June, 2011 as the Dean, Diamond Bank Academy in Lagos is a testament to her professional excellence.
She has on several occasions, served as a Judge in "Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE)", National competition and was also a Judge in SIFE World Cup in California in October, 2010. She was selected into the International 'WHO'S WHO' of World professionals (2008) –Testament to the professional, academic and civic achievement of the member. He has deployed and implemented a wide array of technology including various content management system in addition to possessing has vast knowledge of ICT training and methodologies on Microsoft, HP, Cisco, SAP system.
Ekponimo, Favour P., holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Calabar. She is a resource person and a trainer who coordinates, manages and execute training projects. She has several qualifications and her basic workplace productivity skills are : MS Office suites, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Human Resource Mgt Processes & (PMBOK), Conflict Analysis Course, And Business Analysis Best-practices, with Impressive Communication (Written & Verbal), Presentation And Interpersonal.
